Uniform

The correct uniform is to be worn at all classes. The uniform can be purchased from:

• Tee Shirts/Tops purchased directly from SRAD

Girls

• General
  • SRAD uniform available for purchase from Shirley Rogers Academy of Dance.
• Classes
  • Kinder Ballet
    Leotard - Pink leotard with skirt (SRAD Uniform Shop have new Pink Leotards with Skirts)
    Props are supplied by SRAD (Included in your fees).
    At own cost - Pink Ballet socks or tights
    At own costs - Pink Ballet shoes to be professionally fitted at a dance shop - (SRAD Uniform Shop may have new and second hand ballet shoes available)
  • Ballet: Junior Primary Ballet–Cap sleeved Pink Leotard with skirt
    RAD Pink Leotard - CL07 by Energetics (Gathered front, Attached stretch Chiffon skirt)
    Pink tights/socks, Pink Ballet shoes professionally fitted at a dance shop.
  • Ballet: RAD Grade 1-2-3 (Bloch Rani Girls) LR5005G colour Teal
    Black Character skirt with teal ribbons to match the leotard R.A.D Black Canvas Character shoes. (Low heel)
  • Ballet: Grade 4/5 –(Bloch Burgundy Cap Sleeve) L3872LI colour Burgundy
    R.A.D. leotard, pink tights, Pink Ballet shoes, Black Character skirt and Black R.A.D Canvas Character.
    Cuban heel shoes if needed.
  • Ballet: Grade 6/7/8 – Any coloured leotard with matching skirt & scarf.
    Character skirt and Black R.A.D Canvas Character Cuban heel shoes.
  • Ballet RAD Vocational:  RAD vocational Navy leotard, pink tights, Pink Ballet shoes with ribbons, Pink Pointe Shoes. Demi-Pointe shoes for intermediate onwards.
    All other styles of dance eg; Jazz/Tap/Contemporary/Acro/Hip-Hop
    The NEW SRAD uniform - Shorts/Top/Jacket or Leggings are available to purchase

  • Ballet Shoes: Pink ballet shoes, Point pink shoes
  • Jazz: Black Jazz shoes
  • Tap: Tan Tap shoes
  • Theatrical/Cabaret: Tan Cabaret shoes (Advanced only)
  • Junior Musical Theatre: Jazz black shoes
  • Advanced/Junior Hip Hop: Black canvas laced shoes/sneakers (Target or Big W approx.: $7.00)
    Boys Classes
    • Ballet: White leotard, black footless tights, white socks, White Ballet shoes
    • All other dance classes: SRAD NEW UNIFORM
    • Shoes: Black Jazz shoes
